Electric Bike for Gap of Dunloe
WARNING & SAFETY INFORMATION
- PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BOOK: Cycling the Gap of Dunloe is suitable for experienced adult cyclists only. This cycle is not for everyone, you must be a fit and experienced cyclist in full health. It's not for children, seniors or people with medical ailments. There are steep climbs, and very steep downhill bends with lots of vehicles and horses on narrow roads.
You must know:
- how to change gears
- how to change an inner tube (supplied) in case of puncture
Electric Bikes
€45 per day
Enjoy the famous Killarney Day Tour, starting from Ross Castle by boat to Lord Brandon's Cottage and then by Electric Bike through the Gap of Dunloe and back to Killarney.

• Our shop opens at 9am.
• If you are taking the boat, you need to be at our shop before 10am to have enough time to check bikes and receive safety instructions.
• It is a 15 minute cycle from our shop to Ross Castle.
• Boat departs Ross Castle at 10.30am approx, subject to weather conditions.
• 22km (2 hour) boat ride to Lord Brandon's Cottage.
• 12km cycle from Lord Brandon's Cottage, through the Gap of Dunloe to Kate Kearney's Cottage.
• 18km cycle from Kate Kearney's Cottage to our shop in Killarney.
• Approx 32km cycle in total.
• Our shop closes at 6pm.
Rent an electric bike for a fun cycle around Killarney National Park or along the Gap of Dunloe. If you would like to rent an electric bike for the Ring of Kerry or Beara Peninsula, there is a 3-day minimum rental period.

Please bring one of the following:
- ID required as security
- The confirmation email on your mobile phone.
- If you prefer, a paper copy of the voucher can be printed by clicking the link on your confirmation email.
Bicycle, Helmet, Lock, Repair Kit, c/w Pump, Route Maps and excellent advise.
Please note: We charge a fee of 5% for all cancellations to cover processing fees, subject to us receiving your request for cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the booked start time.
If the booking has been made within 24 hours prior to start time, there is no entitlement to refund due to cancellation or reschedule. We may allow you choose another date and time. If you need to cancel, please email info@killarneybikerental.com
